About role:

Due to the dynamic growth of our financial structures, we are looking for an experienced Financial Controller. In this role, you will become a key business partner for the Management Board. This position combines significant responsibility with a strategic impact on the organization's future.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

Business Controlling & Project Analysis

  • Monitoring and analyzing the company's financial results and delivering recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
  • Assessing the profitability of energy projects across every phase of development and analyzing the efficiency of both capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operating expenses (OPEX

Reporting & Financial Plannig

  • Preparing cyclical management reports, conducting variance analysis, and reconciling data across various financial systems.
  • Creating comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans

Process, Risk & Tool Management

  • Supervising the month-end closing process within the management area and optimizing the flow of financial information.
  • Identifying financial and operational risks and proactively proposing corrective actions.
  • Co-participating in the implementation and continuous development of modern reporting tools, such as Business Intelligence (BI) systems.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial audit or controlling, with a preference for backgrounds in the energy sector, RES, infrastructure construction.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling coupled with an advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable conclusions and present them effectively to the Management Board.
  • Familiarity with modern ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools, with Power BI being highly desirable.
  • Very good command of the English language, which is essential for working in an international environment.
  • Higher education degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, or Quantitative Methods.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
